Every Chilattar piece is handmade and carefully quality-checked before dispatch.

Returns

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns unless:

• The item received is damaged

• The wrong item was delivered

• The product has a major manufacturing defect

To request a return:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos/videos of the issue

Approved returns must be shipped back unused and in original packaging.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in specific cases such as:

• Size issues (if applicable)

• Defective or incorrect products

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/exchange:

• Custom orders

• Personalized items

• Made-to-order crochet pieces

• Products purchased during sales or promotional discounts

• Minor irregularities that are part of handmade craftsmanship

Refunds

Once your request is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
